Requirements - paid ChatGPT Plus Account

We recommend that you have a ChatGPT Plus account so you don't have the limits on your outputs on the free account. You can always upgrade for a month to create your SOPs and then downgrade later.

What is the structure of the SOPs?

Each SOP includes the purpose of the SOP, the scope of the SOP, other SOPs that the SOP references and the steps for the specific process.

How long are the SOPs?

Each SOP set created by the tool is 10-20 pages long and includes 10 SOPs that are 1-2 pages long (approx. 5,000 words of occupation-specific content).

How do I add to my Word/Google Docs document?

We've included instructions on how to copy across to your document while preserving the formatting.

Can I create my own SOPs in ChatGPT without this tool?

You can create SOPs using a free ChatGPT account without this tool but they won't have the same consistent best-practice style, won't have the correct cross-referencing and won't have a consistent formatting so you can do things like easily adding a table of contents.
